1. 概述
1.1 JLK 滤尘空气处理器适用于常年空气干燥、气温高、粉尘较严重的地区,通常 应用于该地区较大厂房的通风系统。正确使用JLK 滤尘空气处理器对通过该设备的 空气具有良好的加湿、降温和除尘的作用。
1.2 经 JLK 滤尘空气处理器处理后的空气通过中央空调系统及楼宇控制系统对冷 却、加热、除尘、除湿、加湿的综合协调控制,可以得到恒温、恒湿和洁净的高质 量空气,从而可以满足在医药、电子、精密仪器等行业中对恒温恒湿的生产环境的 特殊要求。
1. Summary
1.1 JLK Filter air-handling unit is always used in dry, hot and dusty areas for
ventilation system in large factories. Right usage of JLK Filter air-handling unit will have excellent effect on humidifying, cooling and dust removing of air going through this equipment.
1.2 Center air conditioning system and building control system will cool, heat.
humidify as well as discharge dust and humidity of air go through JLK Filter air-handling unit, to get clear, high quality air at constant humidity and temperature. This high quality air is applicable in medical, electrical, and precise instrumental field.

3. JLK 滤尘空气处理器的的工作原理
JLK 滤尘空气处理器的的工作原理是:常温的洁净水A(见图2-1,以下其它代号相
同)喷淋在有曲纹的PVC 塑料片5 上,形成湿膜,与强制通风的、含粉尘的干燥、高温空 气B 进行热湿交换,流动的干热空气经过低温潮湿的湿膜表面时,其湿度增加,温度下 降,空气中所含粉尘绝大部分也迅速被喷淋水除去,这一加湿过程为等焓加湿降温过程, 这样就达到了对进入设备的含粉尘的干燥、高温空气进行加湿、降温和除尘的作用。 3. Working principle of JLK Filter air-handling unit
Working principle of JLK Filter air-handling unit: clear water( A ) at normal temperature (see picture 2-1, other code numbers below please refer to the same picture) sprinkles on PVC plate with waves (5) and form wet film, at where A will exchange heat with mechanical ventilated, dry, hot, and dusty air (B). When B goes by cool and wet surface of wet film, humidity becomes higher, and temperature goes down. Besides, dust in the air will be brought away by sprinkling water. Through this isoenthalpy, humidifying and cooling process, humidifying, cooling and dust moving of dry, hot and dusty air going by Filter air-handling unit has been achieved.

结合苏丹吉里4 期2×55MW 石油焦电站工程,JLK 滤尘空气处理器工作情况如下:
4. Working process of JLK Filter air-handling unit
Combined with the whole 4th project in Sudan Jili, JLK dust filtration process will working as below:
4.1 含粉尘的干燥、高温空气 B(干球温度为48℃,湿球温度为24℃,大气压约为 96410Pa)经过内外入网滤网6 初滤后,空气中3mm 以下颗粒及杂物被阻挡在入风 网外,由于滤尘空气处理器入风有效面积在20 m2 以上,总风量为200,000 m3/h, 所以入风风速在2.8 m/s 以下,在短时间内通常不会阻塞,颗粒及杂物积累多后 由于自重或经开启外接入风网清洗水管13 后除掉。
4.1 After pre-filtrating by outer and inner air inlet strainer net (6), solids and impurities, which are smaller than 3mm, in dusty, dry and hot air B(dry bulb temperature at 48℃,wet bulb temperature at 24℃,atmospheric pressure at 96410Pa) will be prevented from entering net. Since efficient air inlet area of Filter air-handling unit is above 20m2, total air volume at 200,000 m3/h and air speed slower than 2.8 m/s, so the net will not easily jammed after short time operation. Solids and impurities will be brought away by selfweight or by connecting of cleaning pipe for air inlet(13).
4.2 空气 B 经入风网后,在带曲纹的PVC 塑料片5 以下的雨区,通过PVC 塑料片下来 的常温水喷淋,将除去一定的粉尘, 干球温度也有所下降。
4.2 After B goes by air inlet net, it will be sprinkled by water at normal temperature under PVC plate with waves (5). And this will bring away some dusts, dry bulb temperature will also drop at some degree.
4.3 空气 B 在带曲纹的塑料层内,因其干球温度高于喷淋常温水温度,所以空气B 传
热给塑料片上喷淋常温水所形成的水膜,水膜温度有所升高,因空气B 的湿球温 度较低,约为24℃,相对湿度约为13%(见图4-1 或第14 页),非常干燥(计算 按不利情况湿球温度27.4℃、相对湿度约为21%考虑,见图5-2 或第16 页),所 以PVC 塑料片上的水膜上发生蒸发作用致使水膜温度降低,空气B 的湿度增大。
4.3 Since dry bulb temperature of B is higher than temperature of sprinkling water, so
B will transfer heat to water film of sprinkling water on PVC plate, thus temperature of water film goes up. Considering that wet bulb temperature of B is comparative lower, at about 24℃,relevant humidity at 13% (see picture 4-1 or page 14), the air is very dry (just take the worst situation into consideration, wet bulb temperature at 27.4℃, relevant humidity at 21%, see picture 5-2 or page 16), so the temperature of water film will drop under influence of water film evaporation, humidity of B increase.
4.4 空气 B 经过带曲纹的PVC 塑料片层后,再进入喷淋水系统4 喷淋的雨区得到进一 步的加湿、降温和除尘。之后部分水分在经过除水器系统3 后,除去部分水分。
