(2)、Clean all the circulating pipes and air inlet pipes, make sure no sundries are left.

(3)、Check if the fan runs smoothly and the circumference distance to the inner wall of fan stack are equal.

(4)、Check if three phase current matches with the one marked on motor; if connection mode ("Y" or "△") is in accordance with marks and if junction box is installed.

(5)、Motor circuit has overload protection and non-threephase operation protection.

(6)、Belt set is installed and adjusted correctly.

(7)、Check if the joint seam between cold water basin and collection pit is caulked properly.

(8)、Start up ball-tap filler gate till cold water basin and hollow throat are fulfilled to ball-tap level, and this level should be 25mm lowe

<六>、开机后即时检查:

(1)、从风筒顶部向下看风扇是否按顺时针方向旋转而风向由下向上。

(2)、洒水管是否都水平,洒水是否均匀。


(3)、间歇开动水泵,使循环水管内的空气完全排出以避免洒水有断续现象。

(4)、浮球补充水操作是否符合要求。

(5)、调校滤尘空气处理器之标准运行水量。

Ⅵ、Instant check after startup:

(1)、Looking down from top of fan stack, check if fan runs in clockwise direction and wind direction is upward.

(2)、Check if distribution pipes are horizontal, and sprinkling water is well-proportioned.

(3)、Start up water pump intermittently and make sure the air in the circulating pipe is pumped out completely to avoid the interruption of water spray.

(4)、Ball-tap make up procedure should be standard.

(5)、Adjust the standard operating water flow rate.

<七>、运行与维护:

(1)、要经常保持滤尘空气处理器清洁,以确保循环水道及入风通道畅顺。

(2)、定期检查滤尘空气处理器淋水填料,出入水管法兰,如有损坏需及时更换定期清 除污垢和生物粘泥,必要时可进行水质稳定和杀菌除藻处理。

(4)、当风机初次运行300 小时后,应对皮带减速器及运转部件进行清洗检查,更换新 油。每半年需彻底清洗及更换润滑油。但切勿将不同润滑油混合使用。

(5)、滤尘空气处理器运行时,应有专人管理。要经常注意风机及水泵电流,以及进出 空气温度、干湿度及洁净度变化,注意有无不正常的声音,如有异常现象应立即停 机,检查修理。

Ⅶ、Operationg and maintenance:

(1)、Keep Filter air-handling unit clean to make sure the circulating pipe and air inlet pipe unimpeded.

(2)、Check filling and flanges periodically to avoid dirt and bioadhesion, change them promptly if they are damaged.Take measures to sterilize and to keep water quality stable if necessary.

(4)、Check and examine the fan access and moving parts after primary running for 300 hours and change lubrication oil. Clean cooling tower completely and change lubrication oil semiannually. Don’t mix differen lubrication oil.

(5)、 Filter air-handling unit should be taken care by appointed stuff when running. Pay attention to the change of motor and water pump’s current flow, inlet and outlet water temperature, humidity as well as cleanness. Check whether there is any unusual sound. If there is any abnormal phenomena, stop running immedietely and examine.
