5.5 由于空气 B 进出滤尘空气处理器的过程是一个等焓加湿降温的处理过程,进塔空 气B 的焓值为已知(见图5-4 或第16 页,按干球温度为48℃,湿球温度为27.4 ℃,大气压约为96410Pa 考虑选点,大致得出相对湿度为20.96%,焓值为86.91

kJ/kg),出塔空气C 的干球温度35℃为按假设推导得出,按焓值相等可反推出空气

C 的相对湿度约为56%。而按第14、15 页,空气C 的相对湿度约为39%。

5.5 Since air B entering into Filter air-handling unit is a isoenthalpy, humidifying and

cooling process, enthalpy of air B is known (see picture 5-4 or page 16, take dry bulb temperature as 48℃,wet bulb temperature as 27.4℃,atmospheric pressure as 96410Pa, we can get relevant humidity at 20.96%, enthalpy at 86.91 kJ/kg), dry bulb temperature of outlet air C is 35℃, if enthalpy is the same, then we can get a conclusion that relevant humidity of air C is 56%, but according to page 14,15, relevant humidity of air C is 39%

5.6 当然,滤尘空气处理器在现场的运行会有许多工作状态,以上的计算和推导也不 够精细,但有一点可以强调:滤尘空气处理器运行水温稳定之后,空气B 与空气C 的焓值是相等的,所以空气B 冷却为空气C 的温差大,则相对湿度增加大,即为 等焓降温加湿,而温差小则相对湿度增加小,另一方面,外界气温较高,常温水 的温度也较高,水因蒸发的温降有限,空气B 冷却为空气C 的温差不会无限太大, 所以空气C 的相对湿度的增加也是有限的,通常在56%以下。

5.6 Of course, there will be many working states during operation of dust filtration process, above calculation and derivation are not accurate enough, but one point is clear: after water temperature in Filter air-handling unit comes to constant, enthalpy of air B is same as air C’s, so temperature rang from air B to air C is large, relevant humidity increases – this is a isoenthalpy, humidifying and cooling process. On the contrarary, relevant humidity decreases. When ambient temperature and water

temperature are comparative high, temperature drop for evaporation will be unobvious, temperature range for air B cooled to air C will not be unlimited high, so increase of air C’s relevant humidity will also be limited, always lower than 56%.

6. JLK 滤尘空气处理器在使用和维护中需注意

6.1 通风机的铝合金扇叶是可以调较扇叶大小的,当然需保证刻度一致及不超过风机 电机的额定电流。同时将风机扇叶调大或调小,通风量将相应增大或减小。若风 机电机另装置有变频器,通过变频器对电机电源在一定频率范围内的调节,对通 风量及风压的改变较为明显。

6.2 滤尘空气处理器自带循环水系统 9 的阀门是可以调节水量大小的,另开启进水旁 通水管7 对滤尘空气处理器的喷淋水量可以明显减小。

6 Special attention should be paid to on usage and maintenance of JLK Filter air-handling unit

6.1 Size of a-alloy fan blades in ventilator is adjustable, please make sure scale remains the same, and not not exceed fan motor’s rated current. When fan blades

change, ventilation quantity will also change correspondingly. If fan motor is fixed with an additional VFD, it will adjust power source frequency of motor in certain range, then changes on ventilation quanlity and air pressure will be obvious.

6.2 Outer pipes for sprinkling system (9) of Filter air-handling unit can adjust water flow. Open by-pass pipe for sprinkling system (7) can reduce sprinkling water in Filter air-handling unit obviously.

7 :金菱 JLK 系列滤尘空气处理器保养及维修说明细则

滤尘空气处理器安装完毕后,请注意以下事项:

Detailed instruction on maintenance and repair of Jinling JLK

Filter air-handling unit.

After Filter air-handling unit is installed, please pay attention to following points: <一> 安装水管要领:

为了保证滤尘空气处理器进出水平衡及洒水均匀,除进水总管、出水总管要

加控制阀门外,进水各分管以及相应补水管之间都应加配控制阀门,进水总管不 宜高于进水口,除非另加装电动阀。

Ⅰ、Key points for piping

To ensure balance of water inlet and outlet as well as well-proportioned

water sprinkling, besides general water inlet and outlet pipe, controller valve

should be fixed on sub-water inlet pipes and between eliminators. General

water inlet pipe should be no higher than water inlet hole, except an

additional electrically operated valve is fixed.

<二> 水量、水质要求:

1、进滤尘空气处理器水量为设计水流量的 85%~105%。

2、进滤尘空气处理器水质总固体不超过 5000mg/L,含油(包括焦油)不超过10mg/L, 不含有直径大于5mm 的机械性杂质。

3、为了防止污垢及生物粘泥,应定期检查滤尘空气处理器淋水填料,出入水法兰,如 有损坏需及时更换,必要时需进行水质稳定和杀菌处理,以保证水质和空气的洁净 度。

Ⅱ、 Quality and quantity of water:

1、 Water entering into Filter air-handling unit should reach 85%~105% of designed water flow.


2、 Total solids in water entering into Filter air-handling unit should be ≤5000mg/L, oil (including tar) ≤10mg/L, and do not have mechanical impurity ≥5mm.

3、 Exam filling and inlet、outlet water flange periodically to provent dirt and dialogic growing, and replace them timely when they are damaged. Stabilize water quality and sterilization when it is necessary to ensure water and air quality.

<三> 清洗保养:

1、壳身:玻璃纤维壳身不需外加油漆,只须用水和清洁剂便能回复光亮。

2、水盆:水盆清洗时,需先关闭水泵,再关闭进水管阀门、补水阀,开启排水口放出 水盆内所有余水,便可用刷子将水盆污垢刷除,并同时冲洗隔水网,水质不好时需 根据需要,多排放多清洗几次。

3、PVC 塑料片:须有正当水质处理并定期清洗水盆及洒水系统,则可避免污垢或水中 沉淀杂质淤塞塑料片,而维修时应用较大面积之木板安放施工,可避免塑料片表面 受损坏。

Ⅲ、Cleaning and maintenance

1、 Casing: painting is no need for surface of FRP casing, water and detergent is enough to make it shiny.

2、 Cold water basin: when cleaning cold water basin, turn off water pump, water inlet pipe valve as well as make-up water valve in turn, and let out remaining water in cold water basin. Then clean water basin by brush, and wash strainer net. If water quality is not good, drain and wash them for more times.

3、 PVC filling: proper water conditioning and periodically cleaning of the cold water basin and water distribution system is needed to avoid dirt and precipitate silting fills. When maintain, put on large wooden panels to protect fills.

<四> 皮带调较

电机及皮带减速器安放适当位置后,先用长直尺检查两者的皮带盘是否

在同一直线上,当皮带安装后,需调较松紧撑力缧丝把电机与皮带减速器的 距离撑远,皮带便自动拉紧,再用手检查皮带拉力是否合适,便可收紧移位 螺丝,固定电机。新皮带开动后一至两天应再次检查及调较拉力,而皮带损 坏必须全套更换及切勿交将新旧共用。

Ⅳ. Belt adjust:

After motor and belt reducer are properly placed, check with long ruler to

make sure the belt pulleys on both sides are in line. Loosen the belt on the

motor near by fan access for easy assembly and knock down. After belt is

installed, adjust the fasteners to enlarge the distance between motor and belt reducer so that belt is strained automatically. Check the tension by hand and screw down shift screws and fix motor. New belt must be rechecked and

readjusted after running for one or two days. If belt is damaged, the whole set


need to be changed, don’t use new belt with old one together.

<五>、起动前检查:

(1)、滤尘空气处理器所有螺丝是否收紧。

(2)、滤尘空气处理器所有循环水道及入风通道是否清除干净,有无杂物。

(3)、散热风扇转动是否畅顺,与风筒内壁圆周相距是否均等。

(4)、测试三相来源电流是否与电机牌标示配合。电机接线方法("Y"或"△")是否按标 示连接,接线后是否装好接线盒。

(5)、滤尘空气处理器电机电路是否设有过载运行保护和缺相运行保护。

(6)、皮带组合是否安装正确及矫正。

(7)、水盆、水缸各搭接缝防漏处理是否适当,有无漏水。

(8)、开启浮球补充水闸制,将水盆及喉管完全注满直至浮球截止,而截止水位应约低于 满水喉25mm。

Ⅴ、Check before start:

(1)、Check if all the screws are fastened.
