生物质电厂炉前给料系统输送不顺畅解决方案
摘 要:利用生物质发电目前在全国是一个新兴的发电行业,中国是一个农业大国,生物质能源在我国农村资源相当丰富。主要的农作物种类有稻谷、小麦、玉米、豆类、薯类油料作物、棉花和甘蔗。各种农作物每年产生秸秆6亿多吨,其中可以作为能源使用的约4亿吨,全国林木总生物量约190亿吨,可获得量为9亿吨,可作为能源利用的总量约为3亿吨。如加以有效利用,开发潜力将十分巨大。但是生物质电厂的发电运行和炉前给料系统的安全经济运行息息相关。但是目前我国各家生物质电厂的炉前给料系统都不成熟,主要是在输送散状秸秆方面都存在缠绕、给料不顺畅的问题。河北新能电力有限公司作为生物质电厂的投资者,为了以后在电厂的安全经济运行,未雨绸缪,针对炉前给料系统进行了大胆的创新,并且受到良好的运行效果,本文就生物质电厂炉前给料系统的运行特点及极易出现的问题提出了有效的解决方案,此系统的应用必将我国的生物质发电项目推向前进。
