工业文化遗产园向文化创意产业园过渡案例研究

摘要：近几年来，随着我国经济结构战略性调整，过去的传统产业逐渐被以高新技术为依托的新兴产业所代替。旧工业园及其旧工业建筑面临着更新改造和拆除的两难困境，许多有历史文化价值的工业建筑正急速地从城市中消失。与此同时，世界范围内文化创意产业蓬勃发展，文化创意产业在我国作为新兴产业也得到了国家战略层级的重视。在如此背景下，由城市工业遗产和旧厂房改造的文化创意园实践在全国各地雨后春笋般不断涌现，本文结合具体案例分析，总结国内外工业遗产园向文化创意园过渡的经验，提出了工业文化遗产园向文化创意产业园过渡的因素，为我国工业文化遗产的保护和城市文化创意园建设提供参考和借鉴。

Case study on the cultural and creative industry parks which transform form the industrial heritage

Abstract：In recent years，with the strategic restructuring of the economy of China，the traditional industry was gradually replaced by the emerging industry which rely on the high and new technology,most of the old industrial parks and buildings are faced with the dilemma of renewal and demolition.Many historical and cultural value and monumental industrial heritage are rapidly disappearing from the city.At the same time,the cultural and creative industries are booming in the whole world,and get the attention of national strategic level .In this context,cultural and creative industry park which transform from the urban industrial heritage have mushroomed throughout the county. Combining with specific case studies ,this paper are trying to summarize the advantages and experiences of creative industry park which transform from industrial heritage.
