薄壁小型球形储罐Se75双源γ射线全景曝光检测的研究
摘要:我国已经将Se75γ射线探伤技术引进到了设备安装质量检测当中,一般的薄壁小型球形储罐质量检测要进行100%RT的探伤。目前的X射线探伤技术,不但需要的探伤时间长,效率低,而且工作量非常大。Ir192进行全景曝光,其底片的灵敏度不够高,而Se75灵敏度高于Ir192,并且Se75的适用厚度范围正好弥补Ir192。所以对Se75γ射线探伤技术在薄壁小型球形储罐质量检测方面的研究具有非常重要的价值。本文结合中海壳牌南海石化惠州乙烯环氧乙烷/乙二醇项目的两个360m3球形储罐Se75双源γ射线全景曝光检测经验,针对薄壁小型球形储罐射线检测的特点,进行了试验对比及其研究,分析总结了应考虑的技术问题。以便以后具有借鉴之意义。
