中小型燃煤锅炉烟气脱硫现状及技术方向

【摘要】中小型燃煤锅炉从节能环保的角度,我国一直都在尽可能的取缔、拆除,取而代之的是环保型燃煤或气锅炉。改造步伐也是可观的，但我国的具体现状又导致在很多地区仍然存在着为数不少的中小型燃煤锅炉 [1]。鉴于此，文章分析了常用的中小型燃煤锅炉烟气脱硫技术，以我国中小型燃煤锅炉(≤65t/h)为研究对象，阐述了中小型燃煤锅炉烟气脱硫技术的应用现状，结合本人工程实践经验，提出发展中小型锅炉脱硫技术的方向及建议。

Abstract: Middle and small coal-fired boiler in energy saving and environmental protection point of view, our country has been banned, as far as possible removed, replace sb. Is environmental protection type coal or gas boiler. The pace of reform is also considerable, but China’s specific situation and result in many areas there are still many middle and small coal-fired boiler [1]. In view of this, this paper analyzes the common medium and small coal fired boiler flue gas desulfurization technology, to our country small and medium sized coal fired boiler (≤ 65t/h ) as the research object, this paper expounds the small coal-fired boiler flue gas desulphurization technology application situation, combined with the engineering practice and experience, put forward the development of medium and small-sized boiler desulfurization technology direction and suggestion.

我国很多二三线城市的郊区有一些中小型工厂，大学的分校区等，这些都属于需要使用锅炉的部门。而这些地区由于规划、建设问题，远离集中供热管网；且没有燃气管网覆盖。这些单位的用气用热问题只能依赖于自备小型燃煤锅炉，因此这些小型的燃煤锅炉烟气污染也成为当地必须面对，解决的污染问题。

一、中小燃煤锅炉烟气处理现状及脱硫改造问题例举

以下以本人近些年改造的3个典型的中小型燃煤锅炉烟气脱硫项目，阐述中小燃煤锅炉的配套现状及脱硫改造的共性问题等：

1，北京某社区锅炉房：65t/h燃煤锅炉2台

改造前：锅炉烟气处理配置麻石水膜除尘器，一炉一塔；共用一套循环水池，锅炉冲渣水汇入此水池，排渣抓斗方式。
