吹扫捕集-GC-MS-SIM对宝鸡市饮用水源地中五种氯苯的测定 摘要:通过吹扫捕集富集、TR-5ms柱分离、单四极杆质谱检测的方法论证了气质联用在检测饮用水中五种氯苯(氯苯、1,2,3-三氯苯、1,3,5-三氯苯、1,2,3,4-四氯苯、1,2,4,5-四氯苯)中的可行性及可靠性,实验结果显示,气质联用比传统的GC-ECD法检出限更低,达到了0.05µg/L,线性范围更宽,达到0.2~100µg/L,对4#标准样品进行了7次平行测定,相对标准偏差均小于8%。对宝鸡市生活饮用水源地冯家山、益门桥、卧龙寺及自来水6月份的首次监测结果显示,五种氯苯的浓度均未超过GB/T 5750-2006的标准限值。

Abstract: The purge & trap – gas chromatography - mass spectrometry was used to comfirm the possibility and reliability of detecting 5 kinds of Chlorobenzenes in drinking water .The results of the experiment showed that the detection limit of GC-MS was lower than GC-ECD,which had reached 0.05µg/L,the linear range was much more wider, that had reached 0.2~100µg/L. The relative standard deviations were calculated by determination No.4 standard sample for 7 times, which were all less than 8%. Also,we had determined the concentrations of Chlorobenzenes in drinking water of Fengjiashan,Yimenqiao,Wolongshi and Tap water in June.The monitoring results indicated that the concentrations of5 kinds of Chlorobenzenes were lower than standard limited value of GB/T 5750-2006.

随着现代化学工业的发展,被排入到环境中的氯苯逐年增多,特别是在染料、制药、农药和油漆等相关行业排放的废水中含有大量的氯苯。排入到环境中的氯苯能通过地下水渗透、地表径流、蒸发冷凝等方式进入到地下水或者水库中,威胁着人们的饮用水健康。由于氯苯对人体的皮肤、结膜和呼吸器官有刺激作用,长期饮用含有氯苯的自来水会抑制神经中枢系统,损害肝脏和肾脏,危害较大,是我国环境监测的优先控制污染物[1]。
