GreenDrill新型环保钻井液体系实验效果评价
[摘要]鉴于目前渤海湾环保要求越来越严格,对油田开发使用的钻井液提出了新的环保要求。本文主要对新研发出的钻井用环保材料在钻井液体系中的性能进行试验评价、对比,了解新型环保类润滑剂和封堵剂是否对小阳离子钻井液体系的性能有所影响,实验内容包括体系的流变性、润滑性、失水造壁性、封堵性和储层保护性能。通过实验评价,加入环保类添加剂后的GreenDrill钻井液体系颜色明显浅于JFC泥浆体系,新配方更有利于环保,失水造壁性和润滑性能更加优越,具有推广价值。

[abstract] in view of the bohai bay more and more strict requirements of environmental protection, the use of the drilling fluid oilfield development put forward new environmental requirements. This paper focuses on the research and development of a new drilling with environmental protection material in drilling fluid system performance in the test evaluation, contrast, understand new environmental protection kind of lubricant and blocking agent to small cationic whether drilling fluid system performance influence, experiment contents include the rheology of system, lubricity, water loss made sex, sex and wall block reservoir protection performance. Through the experimental evaluation, with environment protection class after GreenDrill drilling fluid system of additives in shallow color obvious JFC mud system, a new formula is more advantageous to the environmental protection, water loss wall sex and lubrication performance made more superior and has application value.

鉴于当前环保形势严峻,海洋钻井对泥浆的使用、添加剂的要求越来越高,为适应环保方面的要求[1],渤海油田相关专业服务公司就环保型的润滑剂和封堵剂进行了研究,在原小阳离子钻井液体系的基础上进行改进,提出了一套新型环保钻井液体系。为了评价其各项性能指标是否能够够满足现场钻井作业,及能否达到国家要求的环保指标,通过室内实验进行了效果评价。如果评价效果优于原有体系,那么此种新型环保体系将有巨大的推广应用价值。
1. 配制钻井液样品及实验前处理
