巨型钢管拱施工技术
摘要:根据工程具体情况,结合工程特点分析、确定了大拱制作及安装方案,并详细阐述了大拱加工、制作、安装施工工艺及方法,并对吊装单元及支撑体系进行了有限元分析。为今后类似工程的施工提供了一些参考。

Abstract: Based on the Engineering concrete conditions and combining with engineering characteristics ,the production and installation scheme of the large arch are determined in this paper.It gives a detailed description of the manufacture 、installation 、construction technology and the method of the large arch., the lifting elements and bracing system are analyzed with FEA as well. As so it will provide some references for the other similar projects.

如图1所示,茌平县文体中心体育馆钢结构大拱由两条空间曲线主拱通过水平连接杆件连接组成。大拱顶面轴线标高为+45.500米,跨度为204米,两条空间曲线主拱最大间距在底部为52米,最小间距在顶部为13米。每条空间曲线主拱分别由ø1500×24和ø1000×16两种主要钢管组成,两种钢管通
