加强建筑工程造价管理的有效途径研究

摘要：随着我国经济的飞速发展，建筑行业迎来了的发展的黄金阶段，同时建筑行业的造价管理工作也受到了人们的重视。因此本文笔者根据个人多年来相关行业的工作经验并结合我国建筑工程造价实际情况先对我国建筑工程造价管理的现状进行分析，继而分析其存在的问题，最后阐述一些加强建筑工程造价管理的措施，希望可以起到抛砖引玉的作用，并推动我国建筑工程造价管理的不断向前发展。

Thus, in this paper the author according to the personal years related industry working experience and combining with the actual situation in building engineering cost first to China’s construction project cost management present situation to carry on the analysis, then analyzes the existing problems, finally expounds some strengthen building engineering cost management measures, the hope can play a valuable role, and promote China’s construction project cost management constantly move forward.

前言

工程项目造价管理的基本内容就是合理确定和有效的控制工程项目造价。在建筑工程项目管理中，如何有效地进行工程造价的管理，并在确保工程质量的前提下，降低工程造价，是各级工程造价部门、投资者一个比较关注的问题。工程项目造价管理有两种，一为工程投资管理，一为工程项目价格管理。针对工程投资管理，所谓工程项目造价的有效控制，就是在优化建设方案、设计方案的基础上，在建设程序的各个阶段，采用一定方法和措施把工程项目造价的产生控制在合理的范围和核定的造价限额以内。笔者就一些问题谈谈自己的一些看法:
