从社会文化和法律制度看德国职业教育的成功

【摘 要】成功的德国职业教育模式令世界瞩目，值得学习与借鉴。本文从社会文化和法律制度层面分析了德国职业教育取得成功的原因，希望引起读者的思考。在借鉴各国职业教育先进经验的同时，还要结合我国的实际，以形成符合我国国情的职业教育模式，以满足社会的需求。

【Abstract】The success of German vocational education pattern draws the attention of the world and is worth to learning and using for reference. This article analysis the causes of German vocational education success from the social culture and legal system angle， in order to draw the reader's thinking. To form a vocational education model suitable to China's national conditions， in order to meet the needs of society， it is not enough that to learn from the other nations advanced experience of vocational education， we also should combines the actual conditions of our country.

世界各国的职业教育模式各有特色，我院也先后派遣教师分别赴新加坡、香港、澳大利亚、德国等国家和地区学习先进的职业教育理念和方法。当我们在分析比较这些职业教育模式时，不得不承认，德国职业教育堪称一朵奇葩[1]，其先进的教育管理体制及取得的丰硕教育成果赢得了世界的瞩目，西方国家称其为“欧洲的师表”[2]。我院先后派遣两批专业带头人、骨干教师赴德国学习，希望了解并借鉴德国的职业教育模式，促进我院国家示范性骨干院校建设，为社会培养更多的高端技能型人才。要了解德国的职业教育模式，不仅需要了解其教育理念、课程实施、教学评价等具体操作，知其然;更应该从社会文化背景、法律制度等更深层次来探讨，知其所以然，这样才能真正了解德国职业教育，以资借鉴，从而建立符合实际的职业教育模式。
