I disagree with that idea which thinks we can stay healthy easier than before.Because we had too many hurdles.We have the problems balls on psychologicaland physical.
At present we are in advanced technology age we have an intelligent assistant with us------ our mobile phone. it’s true that the mobile phones make our lives easier and more comfortable, but it also causes some problems.We indulge in the mobile phones.We chat to others with social software on phone. It will lead to serious psychological illness------socially inept. Moreover, if we addicted to the intelligent phones, we may have a poor vision.
In addition, the food we eat may pathogenic.Farmer use pesticide chemical fertilizer to increase the protection, in order to get a better profit. Recently, the news pesticides are out of standard is reported often.And we can’t clean the pesticides on the vegetables’ surface thoroughly. Thence, we may be poisoning, because of the pesticides. Except for these reasons, there is an another persuasive ground------ the environment.We live in a city which is full of dust, P M 2.5. The city’s air pollution, waterpollution are series issues.Air-pollution causes the high incidence of respiratory disease.The intensity of Sunray and urban isdecreased by 10%—25%, increase risk of getting rickets.
In fact, we have some ways to keep healthy. Cut back the time you stay with your phone, try to accompany your friends and family, they will be thankful to your companionship.Eat more organic food instead of GM-food, it will reduce the risk of getting cancer.Wear a mask when you are outdoor, therefore, youwill breathe in less PM 2.5.And you can do your best to do energy conservation, make a contribution to environmental protection
