一、说教材（地位与作用）（不够可附页）：The material is based on High School Curriculum Standards for English Required II. This topic has a strong flavor of the times and significant meaning in life, so I expend the parts of Introduction and Speaking according to the teaching materials around the outline and design a class with task-based activities for students.
二、说教学目标：
1.知识与技能目标：Practice the topic of vocabulary, phrases, sentences for flexible application to improve language communication skills and respond to the existing situation calmly.
2.过程与方法目标：Layout the task of pre-class teaching for students’ ability of independence and cooperative learning. Set interactive activities in class, create meaningful contexts, and we can achieve a student-centered language communication.
3.情感与价值观目标：Make students understand the importance of health and encourage students to face their future with a sunny attitude and good health.
