来自事务所的描述。占地极小却如此宽敞的建筑如同一个内部由水泥、南阳杉和乌木结合的一所细木工作品。在反差之下形成了一个始终温暖而优雅的环境。一楼连接地下层庭院的半透明地板营造了一个充满阳光的灵活的工作/起居地下室空间。

From the architect. On an extremely small parcel of land this spacious structure appears as a joinery item, internally integrating concrete, hoop-pine and Tallowwood. This contrast establishes a warm yet polished atmosphere throughout. The translucent floor to the ground level courtyard creates a light filled flexible work/living space in the basement.

占地窄且与周围建筑相仿是设计的总结。迎接的挑战是设计一个宽敞、温暖、多功能且附整个可供工作的地下室的温馨小屋。由4个相互结合的核心概念完成：材料、空间、光线和适应性。

The small site size and close proximity to adjoining properties was a generator for the design. The challenge was to design a spacious, warm, multifunctional home with a
