摘要：汽车的排放污染物已成为我国各大城市大气环境污染的主要来源之一，噪音污染也日益严重。因此，保证城市的可持续发展，就必须采取积极的措施，改善城市交通环境。汽车在一个国家的工业化发展进程中起到不可替代的作用，但汽车工业的迅猛发展在给社会带来巨大财富的同时也带来了严重的环境污染和不合理的能源消耗。为了能够协调汽车工业的经济促进作用和环境危害相互间的矛盾，研究实用节能、环保的双燃料（汽油、天然气）汽车是具有现实意义的。

Abstract：Vehicle emissions of pollutants has become a major source of our major urban atmospheric pollution, noise pollution has been worsening. Therefore, to ensure the sustainable development of cities, we must take active measures to improve the urban traffic environment. Car to play an irreplaceable role in a country’s industrialization process, but the rapid development of automobile industry has brought great wealth to the community at the same time poses a serious environmental pollution and unreasonable energy consumption. To be able to coordinate the economy of the automobile industry to promote the role and environmental hazards of the contradictions between research and practical energy-saving, environmentally friendly dual fuel (petrol, natural gas) cars are of practical significance.

1 中国汽车工业发展

中国加入WTO时中国的汽车产量是200万产量现在是1900万，增长了9倍。1991年到2001年间平均增长是每年13%，而随后10年的平均增长23%。中国汽车的增长有很多因素，经济的增长是其中主要因素。基础设施也是中国汽车发展的主要原因之一，十年间，公路通车里程增长了230万公里，增加了1.4倍，高速公路通车里程增长了5.47万公里，增加了2.8倍。可以看出中国这十几年来高速公路的发展是非常的快，2010年已经达到了7.41万公里，离美国只差一点点了。随着GDP的增长、经济的发展提高了大家的购买力，基础设施的发展改善了使用条件，消费观念的转变促进了购车愿望，扩大内需的政策引导了消费。

随着我国汽车工业的发展和完善，人们对车身及电气设备的改进已经达到较高的水平。但随着汽车保有量的不断增加，使得环境污染问题和能源紧张问题越来越突出。有关资料显示，在我国城市的空气污染的60%以上是来源于汽车尾气的排放。因此对汽车的尾气排放和环境治理的工作已经引起各级政府和有关专家的广泛关注,并对此问题进行了深入的研究。汽车使用节能、环保的双燃料
