自流低水泥耐火浇注料的研究
摘要:本文简述了自流低水泥浇注料优于其他低水泥浇注料的流动特性,并通过正交设计的方法确定影响自流浇注料自流率的显著因素,分析了骨料颗粒级配、水泥加入量、SiO2微粉和减水剂的加入量等因素与其性能的关系,实验结果表明骨料颗粒级配和SiO2微粉是影响浇注料自流值和强度的最重要因素。减水剂的加入量在0.005%~0.02%范围内有最佳的自流值。

An investigation into self-flowing refractory castables
Abstract: In the paper, the flow characteristic of self-flow low-cement castable was investigated, and the obvious factors which influence the flow rate of self-flow castable are determinated by the orthogonal design technique. The relation between property and controlling factors, such as particle size distribution of aggregates、cement content、silica fume、water reducing agent, etc. are studied. The experimental results demonstrated that the particle size distribution and the addition of silica fume were the most important factors which influence on self-flow value and strength of castable. The adding water reducing agent has a best range within 0.005%~0.02%.
