谈工程现场签证管理存在的问题及对策

摘要：随着我国经济的发展，法制建设也在不断进步，工程事业作为当前我国城市化建设的重点内容，不断完善工程的施工建设，保证工程施工的政策运行，对于当今社会进步，经济发展有重要意义。而在施工过程中，承、包双方在工程施工的资金费用、工期长度及施工具体活动等特殊情况达成的协议，都要通过现场签证的形式进行，是整个工程施工索赔的依据，具有十分鲜明的协议契约特点，是工程施工过程中控制造价、对工作进行管理的重要环节，不仅影响这整个工程的成本，而且对施工的进程和整体效益都有重要作用。本文通过对工程现场签证管理中存在的问题进行探析，从而提出相应的处理对策。
