基于建筑工程管理中的问题思考与探究

摘要：由于建筑企业自身的逐步改制和私营建筑企业越来越多，使得以往所制定的许多内部管理机制大大被削弱，建筑市场竞争从良性走向恶性，建筑管理混乱，工程事故不断，质量问题严重，建筑工程中存在相当多的管理问题。本文主要就目前建筑工程管理中存在的问题及其原因进行了分析，深入研究了建筑工程管理中的控制因素，针对如何提高建筑工程管理效益提出了自己的改进建议。可供同行参考借鉴。
