废水的试验研究

摘要:除草剂烯禾啶原药生产过程排放的废水COD浓度高、可生化性差。经常规的混凝沉淀/厌氧/好氧组合工艺处理后,可生化性难以改善,出水COD、色度值难以达标。采用芬顿试剂+三级活性炭纤维吸附组合工艺预处理高浓度烯禾啶有机废水,中试结果表明,在pH值=4、H2O2投量=40mg/L、Fe2+/ H2O2值=1、反应时间为3小时的条件下,COD由原来的75000mg.L-1降低至1500mg.L-1以下,去除率达到98%以上;出水色度由原来的2500倍降至64倍以下,为下一步生化处理提供了较好的可生化性。

Abstract: The wastewater discharged through production process of sethoxydim was high concentration of COD, poor biodegradability. After the conventional combination of coagulation sedimentation/anaerobic/aerobic, biodegradability was difficult to compliance.In the above experiment results showed that under the condition of PH=4,H2O2=40mg/l,Fe2+/H2O2=1,through 3hours of reaction time,COD was down to 1500mg.L-1from 7500mg.L-1,the rate of removal was reached 98%,chroma values was down from 2500 times to 64 times the following.Proved a better biodegradability for next biochemical treatment.
