摘要

随着我国建筑行业的逐渐发展与壮大，我国工程项目在工程造价方面的研究也是越来多。通过了解我们知道，一般项目在进行施工的时候由于其施工工艺、施工工期甚至是施工条件对于现场的成本控制是有一定影响的，所以在预算的基础上对施工现场进行成本控制就需要进行监控管理。

施工现场有施工单位、建筑单位、项管、监理登多个单位进行施工，在现场的工程造价需要进行很专业的审核才能进行最后的结算的，实时监控就是在施工现场进行成本监控。根据我国出台的监控准则，在现场施工进度的前提下进行的实时监控，一方面是能够全面掌握施工进度，另一方面则是能有效的进程成本控制，本文就是在监控准则的基础上对工程项目造价成本进行的一个实时监控，分析现状，提出问题，结合实际的情况找到符合条件的解决方案。 关键词：监控准则工程造价实时监控
