团队建设分析
摘要
在科技、信息、知识全方位发展时代,团队建设对企业可持续发展的作用非常重大,建立高效的团队是企业在竞争激励市场上立于不败的制胜法宝。本文以团队理论为指导,对企业的团队建设和管理实践进行了研究和分析,指出了公司在团队建设和管理中存在的问题,就如何进一步加强公司团队建设和管理提出了自己的思考。本文认为,第一,团队建设需要公司管理层充分的授权;第二,团队目标不能太多、太复杂,否则造成目标模糊。第三,团队激励制度要科学、合理、公正,才能提高团队士气。第四,团队建设不能忽略对成员的心理研究。第五,让精益思想融入团队建设中,减少浪费。第六,团队的发展过程也是企业文化形成过程,从而形成企业的核心价值。

Abstract
With the science and technology, information rapidly development, teamwork becomes more and more important in sustainable development of enterprise. Establishment of a highly efficiency team has become a magic weapon which defeat opponent in the competitive market. The thesis basis on team theory as guidance to carry on research and analysis inestablishing teamwork and practical management. It is found that there are problemsin establishment teamwork and company management. Therefore thesis gives someproposals from how to improve regarding establishment team and companymanagement. Thesis gets to the following conclusion,the first establishing teamworkneed been fully authorized by top leader of company. The second the targets cannottoo many and too complex, Otherwise targets will become vague. The third, incentivesystem of teamwork which should be scientific, reasonable and fair, and then it willboost morale of teamwork. The forth, establishing teamwork couldn't ignorepsychology's research for team members. The fifth, Lean thought should melt into establishment teamwork, which will promote to reduce waste. The sixth,the process of development teamwork same as establishing enterprise cultural process,that willgradually turns core value of enterprise. Key words：Team; Team Building; Spirit
