我国房屋租赁行业市场发展剖析

房地产在我国现阶段中是经济发展的重要支柱,而房屋租赁也是形成房地产市场的重要参与者。传统的租房形式都是通过中介进行的,现代是用户直接就通过互联网进行现代化租赁。两种租赁方法都存在一些优势和劣势,都急需我国政府的宏观调控以及相关房屋租赁工作人员做好基础工作和共同合作才能推动租赁行业蓬勃发展。因此,蓬勃升起的互联网租赁系统带给大众怎么的租房生活化体验是本文着重探讨的核心。所有合理科学的房产市场体系都包含了租赁和售卖,二者缺一不可。无论哪一方缺失,都会引起社会大众在住房方面的需求达不到满足的问题尖锐化和严重化,影响我国经济的平稳运行,甚至造成社会动荡和政治危机,加大住房系统的故障。加强建设房屋租赁市场的基础设施,构建合理的房屋租赁体系,是促进社会和谐,提高居民生活水平的重要举措。

Abstract

Housing rental industry is an important part of the real estate market and its rapid development of housing rental market of the real estate market system is very important. Both traditional way house lease, mediation system, and modern leasing mode -- the Internet rent, there are some advantages and disadvantages, are in urgent need of the government, industry associations, intermediary institutions and personnel work together to make the house lease industry get healthy development. Vigorous rising Internet lease system, therefore, how to the masses of life experience is the key of this paper discusses that rent a house. Any of the healthy development of the housing market, should be composed of selling and leasing of two parts, if lack of the rental market in the market, will inevitably lead to market only by the consumer to buy individual support, can form unrest on the real estate market, housing system to produce an indelible damage. To develop the housing rental market, is to meet the effective demand of the real estate market, improve the level of people's living life's inevitable choice.
