??With the rapid development of architecture,
??engineering insurance shows its importance more and more. This thesis analyses
??the risk and how to manage it. It puts up with the concept of engineering
??insurance. Then it chooses
??several countries whose engineering insurance are more advanced (such as
??America, England, Japan, and so on) to parallels their supervision, insurance category, ??premium, and with the compare of these, it gets the gap between our own country
??and foreign countries. Based on foreign countries’ engineering insurance
??system, and the frame of our own country’s engineering insurance system are put
??up. It makes our engineering insurance system, standardization, and
??generalization.

??随着现代工业和现代科学技术的迅速发展，无论发达国家还是发展中国家都投入了大量的资金进行基本建设，在我国有“三峡”工程、2008奥运场馆建设，在天津有津滨轻轨工程、海河治理工程，我们可以看出这些工程都具有相同的特点：投资巨大、参与主体众多、组织关系复杂、建设周期漫长、经历环节繁多，因而不可避免的面临着一系列风险。如果不采取有效的防范措施，一旦发生危险，便会造成巨大的经济损失或严重的人员伤亡，不但会威胁到工程的顺利进行，甚至有可能导致工程彻底失败。工程保险作为一个最为直接的风险
