摘要:温福铁路客运铁路专线云淡门特大桥位于福建省宁德市八都镇云淡村,地质情况复杂,且桥位位于山边,岩面倾斜坡度大,并且弱风化岩层还经常出现夹层,给钻孔施工带来了很大的困难。在钻孔桩施工过程中,云淡门特大桥遇到孤石、高强度岩层,进尺困难,致使成桩时间长,给人员机械等资源造成了极大的浪费。为保证施工进度,降低施工成本,决定实施水下爆破施工。

水下爆破孤石是指当钻孔至高强度孤石时无法进尺,利用炸药将其爆破后,使孤石松散,钻孔能够顺利进行的一种施工方法。水下爆破工艺实施简单,便于操作,安全性高,效果显著。本文从施工概况、机械设备、爆破材料、工艺方法、计算公式等几方面较详细的阐述了水下爆破施工方法。

通过水下爆破工艺分析与总结,为今后钻孔桩水下孤石及高强度岩层爆破施工提供很好的参考和借鉴。

Abstract: Wen-Fu railway passenger railway line was clear door Bridge is located in Ningde City, Fujian Province, the village of Badu town was clear, complex geological conditions, and the bridge site is located on the hillside, the rock surface tilt slope and weak weathered rock often appear sandwich, brought great difficulties to the borehole construction. Bored pile construction process, thin clouds Gate Bridge encounter boulders, high strength rock footage difficulties, resulting into a pile for a long time, causing a great waste of machinery and other resources to staff. To ensure the progress of the construction, lower construction costs, decided to implement the underwater blasting construction.

Underwater blasting boulders when drilling to high intensity boulders footage can not, the use of explosives to blasting boulders and loose, a construction method of drilling can be carried out smoothly. The underwater blasting process implementing a simple, easy to operate, high security, a significant effect. This article from construction profiles, machinery and equipment, blasting materials, process method, formula and other aspects more detailed description of underwater blasting construction method.

Through the underwater blasting process analysis and summary pile underwater boulders and high strength rock blasting construction to provide a good reference for future drilling.
